MARTIAL ARTS FOR SCHOOLS

At Martial Arts for Schools, our martial arts workshop specifically aims to complement your school’s wellness aims.  Encouraging mental and physical health is a key element for children to perform more effectively in school, socialise more successfully and as a consequence be generally happier as individuals.

Exercise is known to boost endorphins, the body’s feel-good chemicals which have a positive impact on our mood, memory, energy levels and sense of wellbeing.  Our workshop is designed to encourage the core values of martial arts which include courage, tolerance and respect as well as develop perseverance, discipline, loyalty and serenity qualities that can benefit daily life and help develop even more meaningful relationship with others.
